NB :

A) Cancellation before execution of agreement
1. In the event of the Allottee /purchaser failing to enter into this agreement within 30 days from the date of booking, the provisional allotment will stand automatically cancelled and the Builder/promoter shall deduct a sum of Rs.50,000/- or equivalent to (five) 05 % of the total cost of the villa apartment whichever is higher as cancellation charges .
2. If the Allottee /purchaser wants to cancel the booking before execution of agreement with the promoter, the Builder/promoter shall deduct a sum of Rs.50,000/- or equivalent to (five) 05 % of the total cost of the villa apartment whichever is higher, as cancellation charges .
3. Similarly if the Allottee /purchaser wants to cancel the booking within 30 days of execution of agreement, the Builder/promoter shall deduct a sum of Rs.25,000/- as cancellation charges .
B) Cancellation after execution of agreement
     In case of cancellation of the booking after one month of the execution of agreement and before the registration of the flat in favour of the second party, due to whatever reasons, then the entire deposited amount shall be refunded to the Allottee /purchaser without any interest and without deduction of any penalty or & service charges or any other charges what so ever by the promoter within maximum 45 days from the date of such request.
